The Canadian company will establish three distinct but synergistic business lines, each mirroring 

a proven segment of the Parent Company's operations: 

1.Real Estate Leasing & Development: Mirroring the Omani core business, this division will focus on acquiring commercial and industrial properties on long-term leases or freehold, developing them as needed, and building a portfolio of income-generating assets managed for lease. 

2.Building Materials Trading: This division will specialize in the wholesale supply of porcelain tiles and other construction materials to contractors, developers, and retailers, leveraging the Parent's sourcing expertise and relationships. 

3.Franchise Operations: This division will identify and acquire a popular Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise in Canada. It will be directly managed by applying the hands-on operational, staffing, and marketing systems successfully implemented by the group's US-based Cold Stone Creamery franchise. 

This structure ensures a diversified revenue base while allowing each division to benefit from the group's specific, pre-existing expertise.
